We work hand in hand with local communities, training local guides using the ACA curriculum to improve safety and education. This directly benefits visitors who come to explore the natural wonders of Chiapas, making their experiences safer and more enriching and help conserve our Nature

Our growing team includes certified NOM-09 guides and ACA instructors committed to sharing knowledge and building a strong packrafting and paddlesport culture in Mexico.

All of our Expedition incorporate Instruction in order to learn how to enjoy Packraft Expeditions. We are capable of offering the full expedition from Aguacero to Malpaso in Río La Venta.

We believe real impact goes beyond money and immediate gains.
With over 20 years experience working with community organizations and philanthropic projects, we have found the best results are through education, training and empowering local communities in order improve their quality of life and create long term benefits.
We offer free tr
We believe real impact goes beyond money and immediate gains.
With over 20 years experience working with community organizations and philanthropic projects, we have found the best results are through education, training and empowering local communities in order improve their quality of life and create long term benefits.
We offer free training to local communities so that when packrafting becomes a source of income, guides are well-trained, fairly paid, this benefits community economic stability as less have to immigrate or travel outside their community to find work.
Most importantly the majority of economic benefit stays right here in Mexico.

In 2024, three guides from Chiapas became ACA Level 4 Swiftwater Instructors, certified by Jim Coffey.
In November 2025, a historic first-ever ACA Instructor Course for Kayak and Packraft in Mexico will take place in Jalcomulco, Veracruz, led by IT David Bumgarner.
